When this Southern California-based seafood restaurant chain approached ECI to build 15 locations for them, we jumped at the opportunity. These projects are fast-track and a true challenge; under tight deadlines, coordinating the efforts of dozens of vendors and suppliers, we have risen to the task, and in the process have built a strong, ongoing relationship with the client.
