The Project:

 
Built for an experienced restaurant group from Japan, this two-story remodel involved a complete gut of a historic building on the 3rd Street Promenade in Santa Monica. The scope included a seismic upgrade to the building. The final award-winning project showcased a new floor-to-ceiling glass façade patio, two bars, and a private VIP bar and dining area.
