The Project:

 
This elaborate office was a design-build project, with Ellis Contracting handling all facets of design and construction. Built as the head office for a cross-border healthcare network, the construction featured sophisticated finishes and a structural aperture in the second floor for an open feel. It included executive offices as well as bullpen space, and features like exterior roll up doors, a patio, a large lunch room, and security access protocols. The project was completed in just 70 days.
