The Project:

This state-of-the-art car wash was built on a former gas station site on a prime corner in San Diego. This block and slab on-grade building houses an extensive array of filtration and reclamation equipment, as well as a glass frontage and theatrical LED lighting. The entire exterior canopy is covered in solar panels, and storm water controls include previous paving and subsurface bio filtration.
