This beautiful formal dining establishment was built in the East Village area of San Diego. The ownership group was composed of an award winning Chef, Travis Swikard, and the CEO of the largest Restaurant Development Group in Southern California, David Cohn. Constructed on the first floor of an office high rise tower, this bar and restaurant was begun and completed during the height of the pandemic. It features a glass wine room, a private dining room and an exotic custom built kitchen. The cafe at the building lobby is the starting point of a structural wave built of lacquered glulam beams and covered in venetian plaster. The finishes are eclectic and colorful. The restaurant was built during the most challenging time in recent history.
